Is this going to be released on DVD in the UK?

Does anyone know whether 'Snakeskin' is ever going to be released on DVD in the UK? I have been waiting for news on this for the past seven years now, but so far, I haven't heard anything regarding a Region 2 DVD release date. Can anyone help me find news regarding this?

Actually region 2 DVD was released in 2002. I bought it few years ago from Finland so I don't know where to get one now, sorry.
