I have to say this is one of the greatest games I've ever played, in the past couple of weeks me and a few others managed to complete this game and it has to be one of the funnest things I've ever played, the other games in the series couldn't hold a torch to this one imo, I just wish it had been alot longer.
share Definitely. In my opinion, the others in the series are just as good, except Part 4 when they tried to go with the innovative (at the time) 3-D graphics with no point-or-click interface.
If you haven't played them yet, here are some suggestions: Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Quest for Glory(series), Space Quest(series, particularly 1 and 4), Kings Quest(series, especially 5 and 6), Full Throttle, Loom, Willy Beamish, Gabriel Knight: Sins of Our Fathers, etc.
I looked up "Graphic Adventures" on Wikipedia the other day and they had a list of every game that I had played and then some.
For some good point-and-click puzzle solving type of games there's 7th Guest and Gobliiins to name a couple.
Also, for a good laugh, Homestarrunner.com has a parody Graphic Adventure game called Peasant's Quest.
Anyway, if you already knew this stuff then, oh well, I'm bored anyway.
