Does Ineke know what happened between Tijl and Wout?

At first when she asked "It's hard, isn't it?" I assumed she thought they were in an argument or something. But at the fire when she dared Wout to kiss Tijl, she winked at Tijl and didn't respond in any shocked way on the bus after seeing Tijl trying to get a real kiss out of Wout. Did she know what had happened? Ineke and Tijl didn't kiss after the hike either.
