I love the music in the film, does anyone know if the soundtrack is available somewhere?

I focused on viewing the last half hour or so and the music reminds me of the music for Titanic. That's not an insult, but if the soundtrack isn't available for this movie, this source might help you find similar music.

Hello please wake up, Titanic – April14-15, 1912, WWII 1939-1945. I hope you see the difference, even in music. Titanic movie music is from completely different time, almost 30years difference.
Music from the era of WWII could be found on Time-Life CDs. Unfortunately soundtrack from movie War Bride is not commercially available.

I thought the soundtrack of '40s songs was one of the best parts of the film. Enjoyed the performances as well. Another movie with similar music was "Swing Kids," which had a lot of (obviously) big band swing music.

While you are correct that the commercial music of the 1910s vs 1930s/40s was very different, I think the poster meant that the score of the film resembled that of Titanic the film. It also had elements of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon to me.

There's no need to be patronising.
