Ya.. I totaly agree..

It's a bit strange to see my town on the big screen in the theater...!
Almost everything is recordet in my home town, Hvidovre. (except the part from Venice) Hvidovre is a small suburb to Copenhagen, with only 50.000 citizens. Hvidovre have been used for many movies by now, because the film company Zentropa, with Lars Von Trier has moved to our old military base. (which isn't a military base anymore).

But it's still weird..!

And can i say its a pleasure to watch that movie..!
I once saw it some where in a theater in New York.. THATS weird.!! hehe

What a great movie! Just watched it few minutes ago and still grinning like a madman from ear to ear (good movies have this effect on me) :)

It's just one of those cases when you go to Blockbuster hoping that the next movie won't make you wonder why in the world you just wasted 2 hours of your life watching awful crap somebody made for way too much money and you end up finding a rare jewel like this one.

I am italian and this movie is garbage.
Their idea of Italy and italians is insulting. And the DOGMA makes it unwatchable.

Agree with you. A film such as this is extremely hard to get right. It needs a lot of careful and subtle direction.
It succeeds.
