Does anyone know if this series avalible on DVD or video, as I didn't see it when it was on TV but would really like to.

I found Hearts and Bones at Amazon UK. It was only available in region 2 dvd format. This is actually better than Cold Feet and I love Cold Feet. Dervla Kirwin and Hugo Spear's characters Emma and Rich are the most interesting storyline. It is worth buying.
