Some questions that I never got answers to

Then yet I am just asking now after realizing these things. Digimon seems to be so very heavily edited that some things make no sense.

1. In episode 17 Ghost of a Chance, Wizardmon comes back as a ghost. Why was he not reborn at primary village? Was it because he was killed in the human world and not the Digital world?

2. In the third part of Digimon the movie with the new kids, they help Willis in his battle and in the end let him know Digimon never really die. So why is it that during the rest of season 2 do these idiots act like Digimon are dying for real and have this moral conflict within themselves about having to "kill" these Digimon when they come to the real world?

3. At the end of season one when they are fighting the last Digimon, their parents and all of Japan are able to see it. So why it is that in this season they have to tip toe around their parents when it comes to helping the new kids fight Digimon?
