What the hell is "POW" ?
People, this is not plain English, so first explain this abbreviation, please.

P.O.W. = Prisoner Of War
It actually IS a very common acronym, so I don't think the film makers felt the need spell it out.
Well it's a common ENGLISH acronym, but other languages don't realy use them in everyday conversations.
shareWell. it seems to be one of those dumb acronyms that when you pronounce them, you might just as well have said what they mean in full. There's no gains in saying "pee oh double-you" over "prisoner of war". Seriously. It's like that thing about soccer and football;
