Did Falcon Have a Name?

My wife talked me into watching Stuart Little 2 the other night. I thought "yeah, right!" But I rather enjoyed it. In looking at the character list I see that Falcon is just referred to as "The Evil Falcon". It seemed to me that somewhere during the movie I saw/heard "Buster" as his name. (I may have had the closed caption turned on.) It might have been that someone just said something like "hey, buster,..."

I liked how when ever Falcon talked about his business or "Trade," he would always use the language of a legitimate honest business, something the gangsters did in the organized crime film genre and maybe they did in the real world too. Falcon's character was very believable and well done in voice by James Woods.
