I can't seem to find where this movie was filmed... for some reason I swear to god it looks like Boise, Idaho (where I have lived).... does anyone know for sure?

Looked to me like most of the sites like the Capital building and the buildings they had there meeting in looked like Boise to me. Then towards the end it looked like they where driving up toward Bogus Basin.
