Before the latest wave of good korean movies some people forget there were very great japanese and other asian (and korean) movies.
One of these is Space Traveller, which is truly of the the best movies out there. The acting is superb and the character personalites truly well depicted. Excellent dialogue and tension. And the lead Takeshi is very memorable.
I think this movie is most fabulous because its captures the real meaning of life.

I disagree, first of all I thought the movie didn't make ANY sense at all. A bunch of random strangers risking their lives to help those very people who are holding them hostage at gunpoint?
Also, the movie was one huge cliché.
But yeah, props to the actors for making a movie with a terrible terrible script watchable. And the anatawa ima nani o *beep* imasuka line was memorable.
Overall, I'd give it a 4/10 and that's very generous.
