Is this a remake or a sequel to the TV series 'Revolutionary Girl Utena'? IMDb says it's a sequel but Anime News Network says it's a retelling, so what is it?

It's a retelling not a sequel, it is only based on the series, the movie is more blatantly yuri and they have changed some of the history of the characters.

The full of words say, how I want you... How I love you.
