...ok obviously I was like "riiiiiiiiiight" at the end and suitably disappointed.. but otherwise I thought this was pretty good.. Nice hitchcockian suspence and fantastic acting particularly from radha mitchell and josh lucas.. Dunno what happened to the director, doesnt seem to have done much since despite showing obvious natural talent and flare for filmaking..
i dunno what it is, but despite the rubbish ending, I still warm to this film.. maybe Iv just ignored the conclusion, concentrated on the good stuff and made up my own answers.
Of course, I thought this movie was great also. I do agree w/u about the ending, in my head I was thinking to myself, "Ok, now what?" I like how sometimes the movie keeps you guessing like who are they really, and what's w/that damn cd? It was giving me a migrain trying to figure out everything, I actually would've hoped that they added some more to the story so then we can go, "Ooooooooo, now I see!" Yea, ending was dull, but I give the movie credit. Especially Josh Lucas, he was my fav, he did wonderful acting!
I thought it was pretty good. I agree that the ending fell a little flat, but if you don't think about it too hard it doesn't really bother you. The thing that drew me into this one was the acting. Especially Josh Lucas.
I completely agree with you. I love watching movies in Lifetime, they're always very intersting.
What made me want to watch this one was Barry Watson (Jack Berret) <3. The movie was great and like you said, I was jumping in my bed screaming at the TV, saying he shouldn't of waited that long to jump into the vent. I hated how he died, and the ending was lame. Yeah, it was pretty suspenseful but since the start I knew those 3 guys were bad, but I didn't expect the rape from that creepy cop, and the CD stuff.
But other than that it was pretty good, and worthwhile.
Peter was just sexy...thats it. Especially at the end when he stabbed her in the bathroom, or when he had her up against the car with the knife, I was like "KISS HER!"
oh, does that make me a little twisted? Madness is beautiful.
It was a cool movie..but one question? Why does Josh spit whenever his character gets angry? When he started yelling while chasing Rhada Mitchell in the hayfield, spit started flying. When he played Deel in Undertow when his character got angry and started yelling, spit started flying.
