Does anyone remember the loch ness movie from a few years back, and the girl would leave Oreos on the dock at night, and come morning, the cream filling would be gone but not the actual cookie part?

WOW! This movie Mee-Shee came on Tv yesterday, and those were my first thoughts! I instantly thought of the movie you are speaking of. I remember, loving that movie as a kid. I would watch and re watch it. All, I remember is that Joshua Jackson was in it. I, think the movie was called "Corgi" or something like that.
