just a little problem with imdb

in my boredom, ive been trying to find filming links to my hometown of wigan (lancashire).

to start with i knew of only one..clocking off, which i watched nbeing made at the top of my street. im not lying about this...the scene is from the episode which mr mackintosh wife is having an affair with a younger man. my english is poor but from what i could remember the man was a little 'slow'. the scene im referring to in particular there are two men, the man in question and a black man walking up a side street looking at a porn mag when mr mackintosh runs over the man in his car as he has found out his wife has been cheating on him. the shop from which the extras run out of to help the man is tstill here to this day,

this stunt was performed at the top of my street just around the corner from wigan pier.

my slight anger is that wigan is not even mentioned under filming locations, i visited the set regularly and met many of the cast members, also parts of the wigan pier were converted to accomodate the filming

i mean seriously why would i bother going on this site if i was lying..
by the way i think clocking off was a great series and is only one in a few that i watched completely, though im not declaing im an expert
