When Spike was bullying Cassie, why did Quetezel try to make excuses for him by saying " he's mean and lonely cause he's new with no friends".
I could understand why that could trigger frustration, but Quetzel should have also made it clear that his bullying was unacceptable!

Same goes for the episode when those dragons were picking on Emmy during the basketball tournament game.
