So basically, getting to suck him off is a surprise for her, as if she should be flattered and privileged for that. Then the "what are you waiting for" as if it's her job to sexually service him.
So after that, I believe, is when she lost all interest and thought he was a turd. Telling someone they get to perform sexual favors on you as a gift is a tad jerkish.
This may seem like grasping. But it did seem his attitude is what turned Paige off.
