How graphic war scene?

I heard there is a war scene in this movie. How graphic is it?

Quite tame by American standards. A few soldiers shooting, some getting shot and dying. A final trip-wire sets off an explosion that is a quick-cut and poorly edited. In a later flashback some more blood is shown, but nothing really graphic. I give it a PG for US markets.

The war scene is indeed short and not especially graphic, by current western standards. Contrast, for instance, the two scenes in The English Patient used to set up Hanna's fear of love. Bala's character and behavior toward (and away from!) Meenu depend very much on his physical (and even more the emotional) wounds from this episode.

It's a funny war scene. The way he flips over the wire when the explosion happens.
