Music Help

I need help finding the music for two scenes toward the end of the film.

The first is the music that plays when Boyd pulls up in the yellow Hummer to meet with Mulcahy. Before she says, "Nice inconspicuous vehicle, Boyd." Is this an instrumental version of a song, or original score. If it's the score, anyone know where I can find it?

The second is the soft music playing when Boyd gets Clark (Isiah Washington) at home to come with him on the final fight (when Clark hands his baby son to his wife). The music is soft, bares a strong resemblance to Phil Collins' "In the Air Tonight" or Dream Academy's "Power to Believe" (an instrumental version of which plays in PLANES TRAINS AND AUTOMOBILES when Steve Martin is riding on the el train just before the end of the movie). This is most likely to be an original score. Anyone know the track name and again where it can be found?
