Is it being made or not? I heard about this a while back and I've heard no more. There's no imdb for it.

Unlikely to be done.

Kutcher's not keen to take it to the screen. He says, "Well, if Seann's in it, I'd do it. And Brad Pitt. And Meryl Streep, Robert De Niro and Tom Cruise - and then only if it's directed by Martin Scorsese and Cameron Crowe. Actually, it's not likely at the moment."

it is being made, i found out on www.movieweb.com they seem to always know more than IMDB

That is a rumor that goes on and on since 2003, but has been denied a long time ago by Asthon Kutcher ( I can't find the reference right now, but it was a categorical NO )

Mr William Scott turned it down to focus more on serious acting he said. And that was ages ago.. since then he has starred in such films as Mr Woodcock and Role Models.
