DVD Standings for this Show FAQ

To make it easier in case people come here i will break down what is the deal here. For those aware this show was made up of six segments, however those are now split apart.

DC Comics maintains soverigntly over the three segments that involve Plastic Man. By this they determine whether the items will be released by Warner Home Video or Warner Archive and probably how they market them, etc.

The Plastic Man segments are already on DVD.

Baby Plas and Family Adventures are both still in the hands of WHV. As of this writing WHV did go back and finish up the Super Friends DVDs, so these two segments seeing release may seem unlikely but is possible.

Now onto the flip side, the other three segments were not sent to DC, they remained property of Ruby Spears. Which at some point in time (or possibly from the get go) was a sister studio to Hanna Barbera and as we now know the libraries are one and the same.

WHV shipped most of the HB library to WA as a result Rickety Rocket, Mighty Man and Yukk and Fangface and Fangpuss (along with Fangface's original series) are all planned to be releases from WA down the line.

This also is the reason why those three segments in their syndicated from of tacking two eps in one half hour ran on Cartoon Network in the 90s and occasionally on Boomerang, because they went with RS and by that HB and were available to be shown, but the Plastic Man parts weren't. (Although now they can since Warner merged with Turner)
