Halloween or Christmas

This is for the whole series more than just one particular film.

Would you consider these more Halloween or Christmas movies? Because it seems like they're used for both. Which I really don't get. One holiday scene does not a holiday movie make. And they took place year-round. The books were released in the summer, and the movies alternated between summer and November. I think the magic makes it feel more Halloween. However, Halloween was sometimes skimmed over, and Christmas never was.

I guess I'd say Halloween by a thread, just because of the magic. Obviously no right or wrong, just curious as to others' thoughts.

I think just festive in general.

I say both. I'll watch them around Halloween, and I love them at Christmas too.

I should say neither I mean other then the first movie there is no mention of Halloween and I believe this is also the only movie that made too many mentions of Christmas and I think if it were it would be more announced as a holiday film for one of them.
