I have a question...

Hi guys,

I have a question that I really need to know. How is the dark side (dark side of human nature) presented in the film? It would be great that you guys would tell me in just a small details or maybe more if you want to tell me, and I would be really thankful.

And then I have another question that I need to know too about dark side of human nature, what is the biggest problem of our world today and what can YOU do to make it better?

Thank you.

Voldemort is the personification of the ultimate evil. One of the ways Voldy tries to justify his actions (whether or not you want to believe him) was that "there is no good and evil, there is only power, and those too weak to seek it." (SS p 291) That quote is from the book but is very close or exact to the film quote.

Sirius Black in OoP states that "the world isn't split into good people and death eaters. We've all got both light and darkness inside of us. What matters is which part we choose to act on. That's who we really are." (OoP film).

One of the biggest problems of today is people who believe the first quote or convince themselves they are on the side of good when, if they were to look at themselves with a neutral eye, they would be able to see where they strayed. As the saying goes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Thank you so much Bob, I really appreciate that. And I also needed that. Thank you.

Oh and by the way, what can you do to make the world a better place? You didn't answer that.

I'd be grateful too if you'd answer me quick before the IMDb message boards closes in about two weeks or so.

Thank you.

I, as well as everyone individually, can do nothing to make the world a better place other than simply living a good life and treat others as you would have them treat you.Way too may people don't follow that vital golden rule. Stop talking and start listening. Accept that other people have valid opinions that they should be allowed to believe and espouse instead of silencing them. Allow others to believe and worship any gods they want and don't think of it as a threat to you or your religion.
