Your Thoughts On Docu-Bias

i don't see how it can even be taken seriously. there isn't a single FACT in this documentary, everything is based on gossip, and heresay. for what we know it could all be BS. he might as well have just said Melvin eats babies.

I agree that an unbiased documentary can never be made, since the person making the film either has a vested interest in the topic or has become so involved that it's impossible to remain objective. Especially in a case as emotionally wrenching as child abuse. Please note that I have not actually seen the film, but have heard much about it and have done some research on my own about Melvin Just. I've emailed the doctumentarian to ask where I can find it and he said to try HBO, but it's nowhere to be found for me. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know at [email protected]. That being said, I think it's probably accurate that it was a "revenge-film", since it's making wasn't going to help anyone avoid Just's abuse or make what happened better. I think it was a venting experience - to bring it out in the open had to feel good. Such a dark secret has to eat at you. I would think it'd be cleansing for him.

Revenge film my ass. I hope that man burns in hell. He turned his family into a bunch of sickos. It's Nature VS. Nurture. He doesn't deserve to speak his mind. He MOLESTED 10 little girls. Some his real children. These girls were BABIES. He even KILLED someone. I'm glad he's dead.
