I actually thought it was awsome! The acting was great, and the screenplay! My God, the actors, and the person who wrote the screenplay have so much talent, words cannot describe! If anyone can tell, I'm being sarcastic. This movie is a God-awful piece of steaming dog crap. The second was a piece of crap too. The director was serious about the movie too, thats whats so funny. And the moron director even took the time to record a commentary track for the DVD. God, what a moron.

hell yeah bitch! this movie is funnier than most comedies today. it made me laugh soooo much, especially the way that the characters all run around like a bunch of retards. haaa im watchin it now as i write this its just too funny. it inspired me and my m8s to make our own movie, Park Life, which just totally ripped the *beep* outta bloody *beep* murder. so yeah i liked this movie, not cause its actually any good as a horror, but as a comedy its right up there with the marx brothers or sum jokes thing.

Movie sucked. That's it. It sucked. The second was way better than the first. Like the beginning half of the second was cool. Otherwise they both sucked too. They shouldn't even come up with a third one.

the sequel was an average slasher.
I would give BM1 1/10. Then the sequel maybe 4/10. 3.5 at the worst. Still bad but much better(better everything)
FYI, I give Fri the 13th 8 1.5/10 and Terror toons 0.5/10

shareListen no brain, the intelligence behind this movie is that it isn't meant to be a quality film. It pays homage to the 80's horror movies, it's corny, goofy and not scary-IT'S ART!!! You have to watch this with an open mind and an easy sends of humor, laugh it's O.K, this isn't Schindlers List.

Jason Voorhees could kick the crap out of Trevor Moorhouse in his sleep! He's got more horror in his stool than that ripoff Trevor Moorhouse! The sad thing is, the non-fan might rent this film thinking it's actually a Friday The 13th film!

This film was far from the worst film I've ever seen, enter Chupacabra!
It was funny as it was such a blatant rip-off of Friday the 13th that you could almost guarantee what would happen in every scene.
I don't know. Never seen it. Only part two and that was s**t So I'm sure this was too.
Hey midnightstar76! If you hated part 2 so much, forget this one. It's even worse. Rarely can it be said that the original film is worse than the sequel, but this one is!!!

Actually I like it, even though just a little bit, certainly it's not a master piece in any way, but I dont think it's as awful as some of you suggest, IMHO, it's no worse than most 80s teen slasher, including those being shamelessly ripped off by Bloody Murder like Friday 13th, it's stupid, it's meaningless, yet in some strange way, I still find Bloody Murder to be a pretty good horror flick to kill your time and totally worth 90 minutes of my life and a bowl of popcorn, anyway, maybe I'm a hopeless horror fan who can't resist even the worst horror movie as long as it's a horror flick, but I have to admit with a little embarassment that I enjoyed Bloody Murder and I am looking forward to watch its sequel whenever I'm free.
