THE ANGEL DOLL IS A NEW HOLIDAY CLASSIC!!!!

This may not be the best movie ever; but it is certainly far from the worst. This story is told from the heart as two boys are growing up among the horrors of a dreaded disease called polio. It touched my heart as they deal with life and death and fear. This was the aids of a previous generation. I know that horror as my mother had polio at the age of 17. But she was one of the lucky ones as she lived and has since raised 2 children, 7 grandchildren and soon to be three great grandchildren. So i am probably prejudiced in favor of this loving story, but thats ok. The love seen in this story is the love I have known from her my entire life. So this emotional man easily moved to emotion by a good movie needs an extra hanky for this one....lol. ****1/2 out of *****.
