Question about rating

I think it's a mistake. A TV movie in 2000 shot in 2.35 : 1 aspect ratio? No. This looks like a standart movie made by small studio, in this case Trimark Pictures. Sometimes these small studios sell the rights to television and don't care what happened to these movies. For example trivia section of The Last Seduction says: "Linda Fiorentino was widely lauded by critics for her performance in this movie but was denied an Academy Award nomination because it came out on TV before a theatrical release." The Last Seduction is also a normal theatrical film made by a small studio.
