They way they were playing her up to drive men crazy, was expecting the actress playing her to be super hot, turned out to be just your average looking Japanese girl.

If you want to see a hotter Tomie, go watch "Tomie: another face". It's a "straight to video" film, perhaps a bit difficult to find, but the seduction angle is more present here. And the girl is prettier, but maybe too young?

I don't think she was suppose to be sexy, it's more of a factor towards she has persuasive nature towards her that she can make men go crazy over her. Never thought it'd be her looks that define her.

I think driving men crazy and causing them to kill each other over her is one of her demonic abilities. She wasn't super hot by any means, but maybe this explains the reason?
