Some things I didn't understand Spoilers ahead

I need help understanding a few things. The clip I watched had crappy subtitles, by crappy I meant it was really hard to see (especially over a light background.) I need a few questions answered.

Besides being Schoolmates, were Tomie and Tsukiko actual friends?

Why did Tomie get dismembered?

What was the significance of that picture? (I.e. The one that shows up when Tsukiko is putting on a bath.)

Who is that guy that nearly drowns Tsukiko?

Some people count sheep. Doesn't work with AlwaysCool, just gets him excited.

Tomie reminded Tsukiko about the photograph she had spread around the school, with Demon Girl written on it. I believe Tsukiko did this because Tomie had stolen her boyfriend.

I'm not positive about the dismemberment scene, but relating to the manga: the class was on a field trip in the woods or something, Tomie fell of a cliff and died. Everyone (including the teacher) banned together and swore never to tell a soul. They cut her up into 40-some pieces (one for each student) to get rid of their own way, so Tomie can never be found.

We've met before, haven't we?
