or were there 2 girls? i don't remember. anyway, what do the WM3's supporters have to say about her testifying that Damien bragged about the killings?

Echols "bragged" about the murders to MANY people.

In fact, He warned his Defense team that there would be people coming forward with statements he had made to them.

According to his own investigator, when he was asked why there were so many, "he just sat and stared".

Of course this is another of those subjects supporters don't like to talk about.

i lived most of my middle aged life in the deep south. it's a good thing i got out of there, or i might find my new-age ass being burned at the stake any day now.

West Memphis isn't the "deep south".

I would have loved for them to be interviewed on camera. I thought that was missing from the film.

If you're referring to the softball girls, as they're popularly called, they have not recanted their testimonies, nor were they the only ones Damien bragged about committing the murders to. Damien's stance on this over the years has ranged from "I never said that" to "If I did, it would have been, like, a joke."
