Who actually killed Olga?

I think the answer was her husband. As Dr. Zlibovic explained to michel in the end of the movie, her husband had a key to the rooms of michel and would always listen to how Olga told Michel anything in detail. When her husband thought she took the 7 million Franc of him he strangled her.
