Movie looks like it's from the '80s....

....Or at least the early '90s. I was shocked that it was from 2001. Although I don't really know why I thought that since I knew the first one was from 1997. Just low budget and some bad inner-city settings reminds me of '80s early '90s. Entertaining movie though, I like lame movies that are SyFy-esque.
