I'd like to think that Manners survived this film. If he can survive his face being eaten off he is can surely survive this. Sam and Anne probably found him and got help for him. Not what the filmmakers intended but as far as i'm concerned Agent Manners survived again here too.

Well, considering that the island is now frozen over and that Jack is now a gigantic snow monster, I think it's safe to say that everybody on the island died, including Sam, Sam's wife, and Manners. Too bad Manner died in the way he did though. He should've been killed by Jack rather than his progeny!

From what we saw of the killer snowballs attacking Manners, I highly doubt he survived. Which is one reason why this flick sucks so much.
