Was this season really Game changing?

Don't get me wrong it was an excellent season. But most clearly not ground breaking in my opinion.
There was a nice mix of strategy from Sara, Cirie . Andrea .....
Great challenge wins for Brad....
Drama in the form of Zeke , Tai , James etc....

So it was clearly a well rounded season. But was it really game changing? Of course I know the title was name pre-season. I am not talking about how they named the season.
More about the fact that while it was an excellent season it was clearly not among the top 5 imo.
