I'm not sure if this is the twist but I think it would be a good one.

There are 18 castaways left, 9 on each tribe.
Each tribe selects 2 people to take part in the twist.
The 2 tribes divide into three and the two Millenials have to unanimously select one person from Gen X and the two people from Gen X have to unanimously select one person from the Millenials, thus creating 3 equal tribes of 6.
What do you think?
