Depp as Freeman?

Sure, it isn't perfect, but I see this dvd at work everyday and I think, "He kinda looks like Gordon."
Think maybe he could play Gordon in a Half-Life movie?

In that picture he does look like Gordon and I think it will be great is he will play Gordon, but I don't know if they're even wanna make a movie of Half-Life. It would be great, though.

I never saw a Depp in a serious role. I saw the Ninth Gate but even there he didn't make me believe he is a good Gordon. But he would look great in the suit.

Depp is great as Freeman, but I doubt anybody can make a HL movie, though it certainly may be the great game-to-movie adaptation: Depp, story, setting, suspense - everything could fit perfectly.

Depp is not a good Gordon Freeman in anyway.

Depp is to easily to much of a pretty boy. Dylan McDermott could play a cool Gordan Freeman.

Freeman doesn't even freaking talk he's like a gun that's it. I love Half Life 2 and the episodes but I can't take their interactions with Freeman seriously.

And Depp's a baller, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Depp would be o.k, but I think Hugh Laurie would be better. Google image Gordon Freeman and you'll see a picture of Hugh as Gordon. It looks awesome!

As much as I like Depp as an actor, I think that they should use a relatively unknown person that looks like the person they are portraying to play any of the roles in the Half Life movie.
