Ya I have the same problem And i dont yet know what its for is it a Pc game?

reply

It's on pc, ps1 and dreamcast, i cant find it anywhere. I love boomstick, which i luckily found in a clearnce bin at toyrus a couple of weeks ago, and cant wait till regeneration, but i want to find this for now.

reply

Your best bet for finding Hail To The King would be a game trading website or eBay!

It blows you guys can't find it. I got it when it came out, so i didn't have that problem obviously. I got Fist Full Of Boomstick as well. Can't wait to see what Regeneration is gonna be like.

There must be some big Evil Dead fans working at THQ. Because the movies are awesome, but always been of cult status and some how i don't think these games are big sellers. Cool games though, but i have to admit i was really surprised back when i was in Wal-Mart a couple years ago and saw Fist Full Of Boomstick. I couldn't believe they had actually made another Evil Dead game. And i was surprised once again once i found out about Regeneration. So there got to be some Evil Dead fans developing games at THQ to warrant another Evil Dead game.

Any of you ever played the old Evil Dead game for Commodore 64 from 1984??

reply

Yeah, I've played it, pretty sweet for a C64 game. Just running around the cabin using different weapons.

reply

I thought the C64 Evil Dead game was just ok, well it was to me at least. There's not much to it really, could've been a lot better. But your probably the first person who i've talked to or heard, that actually liked it. Most reviews and all i've read say its a terrible game and so forth, lol. Me personally, even though i kinda liked it, i can honestly see why that is. I think the "Friday The 13th" and "A Nightmare On Elm Street" C64 games were much better.

reply

Yeah both those games were much better, they were both alot bigger then the The Evil Dead.

reply

I have the Elm Street game, well i have the regular PC version, not the C64 one. But they're the same except the PC version's graphics are a bit better i believe.

I never could beat any of the 3 of them though. That was the age before game codes too, so no help coming from that area either, lol. Oh well...

The Commodore 64 (C64, CBM 64) was a popular home computer of the 1980s. Announced by Commodore Business Machines in January 1982 and released in August of that year at a price of US$595, it offered unprecedented value (sound and graphics performance) for the money. Approximately 10,000 software titles were made for the Commodore 64, including games, development tools, and office applications. With estimated sales between 17 and 25 million units by the time it was discontinued in 1993, the C64 became and remains the best-selling computer model of all time.

Kinda like a video gaming system but there was a whole lot more to it than just games, and it wasn't exactly a PC either. Back in the 80's, there were a lot of home computer gaming systems, consoles, and so forth, besides systems like Atari and NES. If you're interested, go to this link for the video game museum:

It's got info for all kinds of old video gaming systems and games!

I just bought it on PS1 a week ago at our local Game Crazy. DON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE WHEN THEY TELL YOU THIS GAME IS TO HARD! THAT'S A LOAD OF SH*T! I just best it a few hours ago, it's actually alittle short for a 2 disc game.

reply

Actually, i think how hard it is really depends on how good of a video gamer the person playing is. Also, how lucky you may or may not get when it comes to how often you get into battles. From what i've been able to tell, there are more who people seem to find Evil Dead: Hail To The King on the hard/harder side than those who don't. I guess it's good you found it easy though, slimer-3.
