This Movie Was Not That Bad!

I don't know why everyone hates this movie. I liked how it seemed predictable, but then things weren't as they appeared at the end. It may not have had joke after joke, but I think there was some pretty good acting by Griffin and Jones. I bet at some point almost everyone wasn't sure about their predictions as to the turnout of the plot story. For sure Charles Allsworth fooled many. And Griffin's character, Freddy Tiffany, had people guessing whether he was really FBI or not (until it is truly revealed). I know many of you are going to want to call me an idiot after reading this, but I definately think that this movie is underrated. It at least deserves a 5.5 or a 6!

I was suprised it was only a 4.9, It deserves at least a 6. It's not as bad as people make it out to be.

I agree with you on that. I would give it a 6.5
Just because some idiots didn't understand the movie doesn't make it bad. It's definitely underrated

I really liked it, I found it funny, the way I find Half Baked funny. I really liked the film.

I agree. Even if it's been cut to hell on Comedy Central, it's actually very,very good. I understand it. It'a lot more intelligent than the TV show that Orlando Jones used to be in: Mad TV. And a better movie for Eddie Griffin: Deuce Bigalow 1 and 2. Those movies suck.

And anyway, it's a very convincing action film, therefore, I humbly agree with you guys and women that like this movie.

sorry guys,i know its a bit late to post a reply *months later* but beleve it or not,i`ve only just seen it for the first time and i thought it was a true classic,i loved it,just a shame i only discoverd it 6 years after it was made :>(
defo deserves way more than 4.9,who gives these ratings anyway..what do they know,brilliant story,brilliant actors !! and the women were yummy ....

I loved it when I saw it. Trying to get hold of it on DVD at moment, its a nightmare cuz I live in UK.

I think I like it because there are a lot of surprises along the way that you really can't predict-even when you think you know what's going on. Even when you watch it two years later you'll find that you've forgotten a few of the twists. And I love the dog.
