I've fallen in love with this movie...anyone know where to find it (in stores preferably not on e-bay)

I found it used at Suncoast, the DVD store that is in the mall near my house.

I found it by chance at Half-Price Books. You could scour used book/movie stores, if you'd rather, but I suggest amazon.com above all else. They're trustworthy enough.
