I think the first thing I would do to Kirk after he put a competing bid in on the house I wanted all my life to give to my wife, after he's eaten in my establishment every day, and taken advantage of my hospitality time and time again... is never let him in the door again... I'd ban him from the establishment first thing. I mean what a d*ck move. Although I will add, why doesn't Luke and Lorelai just move in to her house? There's no need to buy a new house...
