I just have to say it : Alexis is so beautiful

As a woman, I feel like we should not promote this obsession with looks; but I'm also human and I admire beauty. I've been watching this show for a month on repeat, and I'm still taken aback, sort of in awe whenever I see her. It's not a particular look that suits her, or a single scene she looks her best at... but just always, in every single scene. She's beautiful beyond belief.

She might not have the world's most unique face (debatable) and she might have very fair features, but everything in her face is perfection. Just the greatest combination possible. Add to that the beautiful eyes and their color, amazing hair (I'd take thin over frizzy mess any day),being tall (er than average), slender, and a feminine aura; and she's literally, perfection.

I've never met anyone who thinks Alexis is not beautiful.

Sometimes, I think she's annoyingly beautiful. I'm so jealous. 

I don't think Alexis is beautiful. This will probably get me cornered by the IMDB police lol. I think she has great eyes and skin but her features are just meh to me. I don't think she's ugly but I don't find her particularly pretty either.

That's fine, beauty is subjective as it gets. Just out of curiosity, who would you consider beautiful? Cause Alexis fits the "typical" standards of beauty by, well, everyone including but not limited to Hollywood. (Those would be, young + skinny + white + blue eyes + tall + perfect hair/teeth/nose/eyebrows/lips/ears/etc. )

Shay Mitchell, Kerry Washington, and Alyssa Milano to name a couple. I love the blue eyes and brown hair combination. I think it's the best one to have.

Who doesn't love Shay?  I think she's so exotic looking and beautiful without having to try hard (even though she sometimes does try too hard).

I personally find her gorgeous beyond belief seasons 1-3. But just to point it out that no, she doesn't really fit the traditional beauty standards: she has a huge forehead and a short chin, her nose & mouth are way too small for her face, which is short and wide.

Those are not qualities I'm talking about. That's being way too critical.  As a general, she really is the typical beauty standard because of the things I mentioned. No one should get that involved into it, just the whole package of tall+slender+white+blue eyes is enough for Hollywood. Sadly. But it's starting to change, slowly, but surely.

She does have an unusually large forehead, which is why she looks her best in seasons 6 & 7 when she wore bangs.

Me neither. Between the slumped shoulders, lank hair and giant forehead, I used to wonder why we were supposed to think she was so gorgeous.

She's hunchbacked. I never noticed until she cut her hair short, or maybe she just started to tilt in season 4.

She always had poor posture but her clothes were more fitted in season 4. You can see the slumped shoulders in her Chilton uniform.

I think she is very attractive. Alexis sometimes gets flack from the early years of Rory and how basic her look and wardrobe was but that was who Rory was and she blossoms into a woman over the course of the show. Alexis herself had been a model before and I know at the time she started the show she had her hair dyed this dark auburn color. I also read that she suggested to Amy one time that Rory should dye her hair or wear lipstick on the show and she was told that would never happen. So Alexis is quite different from Rory and her sense of beauty. I thought she looked great at the premiere for the Revival in that long black dress and on The Tonight Show when she was interviewed her hair looked great. I like when she goes lighter. On the original run season 6/7 was when she looked the best to me. She had bangs and longer hair which suited her. Also her clothes were better and they would style her hair differently which was refreshing and made up for her basic ponytails and styles of the early years.

In season 1 and 2 she looked like a child. I thought she looked adorable and cute, and of course very pretty... but as the series went on, Alexis started to really really get beautiful. To the point that I find myself pausing scenes in season 6 to just stare at her face, it is a work of perfection.

I do also like the lighter hair on her, and she did look amazing on Fallon. Can't believe she's had a baby!

I think that in the last two seasons she was very pretty--when her hair was long and wavy, and she was at her most slender weight with a small waist. I would give her a "9" during that time period. When she wore her hair very short in season 4, she was cute but not someone who would stand out in a crowd. Prior to GG, Alexis used to model, and I do think the camera favors her.

I think she just always looks good. In the first two-three seasons it was a "adorable" beauty (cause she looked freakishly young); Season 4 was "cute" (Cause she suddenly lost lots of weight and the dramatic haircut, which I loved btw); Season 5 she started to look more and more like a grown up (She would have been 23 by this time. ) and yes, season 6 and 7 are seriously her best in terms of beauty. Cause she's matured, and just looks a lot more womanly and grown up, and annoyingly beautiful.

In the revival, it's actually the best she's looked. The style fits her better, she's a lot more confident, a little less awkward (omg the hugging thing) and just all around looks more mature and put together.

She is pretty in baby-face way, like Thora Birch or Miranda Kerr. Those are some beautiful women but their faces always seem to me like in toddlers. Some people finds that attractive but to me it's just too baby-like.
I prefer more adult looking features with some curves.
PS I am a woman.

I am currently rewatching GG and I've thought ' Good God she is absolutely stunning' a couple of times. She has it all;FACE+BODY.

Annoyingly beautiful is right.Super jealous.

She has good features but I've always found her looks a bit dull. Lauren was always far more striking to me.

I find Lauren to be extremely attractive as well, but her flavor of attractiveness is not just the physicality of it, but the fact that she has so much personality and confidence. I've never known anyone who has the same sort of confidence. Even in Hollywood it's rare, other people with the same quality of confidence I can think of off the top of my head are Charlize Theron and Queen Latifah. Someone who has the ability to make everyone nervous but at the same time, lift them up and help them overcome their shyness by making the entire conversation more relaxed.

It's especially apparent in her interviews with Alexis, when she tries to include her or get her to say stuff that she obviously is struggling to say. I love these sorts of characters. Add that to the physical appearance; she's tall, she's beautiful, her features are striking and bold, and it's a winner. But, since she was older, I've always looked at her as a "womanly" figure, whereas Alexis' "girl"iness helped with her whole look. Lauren was(still is) hot, and Alexis was(is) unbelievably beautiful.

As a man I never found her beautiful either. In the first couple of Seasons she was very cute however I would never say she is what I would consider beautiful. I especially did not like her looks the season she cut her hair short, she really looks much better with long hair.
