Hi, translating the movie and one particular ambiguous moment is at 39:31:
The girl says, according to the English subtitle at least,

"He played for City?
Well, what did they say up the ground?"

and Jimmy suddenly understands something and scolds himself for being an idiot.
Can someone who has seen the movie verify this text?
And what does it mean if indeed it is what she says?
