At the last scene in the Father's room , weren't there paintings ? B

Aren't those prohibited because they produce emotions? So how then did the paintings end up in the father's room?

Maybe they were always there, contrary to the rules. Or perhaps Dupont had his men look the other way as he had convicts place them there after real Father died, contrary to the rules. It's called hypocrisy.

The elite controlling the population are hypocrites who do not take the medication and are allowed to have privileges that common citizen wasn't allowed to have. These questions are so dumb lol

A bright light can hollow the deepest of nothingness.

The Father is said to feel, hence the paintings BUT my question is how is he allowed to have them? And why were certain people like the Father who clearly don't use the drug, unanimously decide to destroy all works of art if they themselves appreciate it?
