Sorry, couldn't resist paraphrasing the typical IMDB troll douche-bag's favorite line.

Yeah, the weird version of "Lola" was OK, and certainly fitting, but the overall soundtrack was so annoying that I wanted to turn the sound down and just read the sub-titles.

This was my one major complaint, too. The soundtrack was woeful. It barely fit the film at all, I thought. It didn't capture any of what was going on and felt ridiculously out-of-place.

The subtitles on the version I saw were quite poor, too.
