Music at the end

I just watched the movie (French, with subtitles) and I enjoyed it, for the most part - a few predictable moments, but overall it was an enjoyable (if somewhat overlong) experience.

I don't understand French, and I was sitting through the end credits because I wanted to know the name and singer of the song that was playing during the credits - but I didn't see it listed anywhere. Does anybody know the sogn title and who the singer is? It was beautifully haunting.
