Anyone know where you could buy this on DVD? Would make a great comedy

Did they even release this on DVD? Going by this, http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/maxknight/, they apparently never did. I saw, though now unavailable, an VHS copy of the film up on Amazon. Damnit, I NEED this film!
