When Jane was asked which one she was reassuring (Steve or Oliver), she ambiguously responded, "my boyfriend". The little emotional speech to Steve before that seemed very genuine -- great acting there btw -- so I'd say she was only reassuring Oliver.

What's your take?

Oliver at that point was her BF.

Yeah, but she also thinks Steve never stopped being her boyfriend.

It was probably meant to remain ambiguous.

What's your take?

that the mental health situation in England is grossly lacking. she should have been followed by men in white coats.

she was mental and scary.
