The villains in the series where always colourfull, if not strange. My favourite villain was L'Etranger the Ski masked ghost. Mainly because he could kinda equal up to Max and he looked cool.

Which is your favourite??

Mine would be Psycho. I love that metal face and his arm which he could turn into a claw/laser. It's also cool when he rips off his fake mask. Yup, it has to be Psycho!
