This movie was a piece of crap as far as I remember

I watched It about 10 years ago and I could say that this show wasn't actually so bad, It described the situation in Bulgaria in the mid-90s quite accurately and It had some good actors and interesting characters. I won't say that It was perfect, but It wasn't so bas as you described It in the post above.
