Cute (slight spoilers)

I don't particularly like writing movie reviews that everyone can see on the first page. I'd rather write it here.
I liked this movie. It was not a heart-pounding movie, and it was extremely simplistic in its telling. A lot of people might say this movie is slow, but I think the pace of the movie added to its charm.
I also like how neither of our main characters are flawlessly beautiful. Don't get me wrong, they are both very handsome in their own way. But this movie doesn't try to portray them as ideal people, but rather just normal people.
I get tired of commercialized romance à la Julia Roberts. I'd rather watch this.

This must be Thursday. I never could get the hang of Thursdays.

Totally agree with you! I thoroughly enjoyed this film!

Both David Wenham and Susie Porter gave excellent performances and I liked the way you could `listen` to what each was thinking!

I absolutely agree with you. I love this film for it's simplicity, subtleties and realism. It was pretty funny too - ( don't think I'll look at dessicated coconut the same way again! ;)

This movie's great, I watched it on Saturday afternoon, and yesterday again with a friend ! It's so realistic, funny, real (exept maybe the fact that she suddenly decides to take a plane to go to London - that is a bit exagerated)...

Their relation is very nice. We all know what it's like to meet someone you have sex with, and then have fun in bed, taking pictures, have a nice talk...
That's the most realistic thing. It's one of the best moments, being a couple : the little chats in bed, after making love. That's what touches me.
As "sex friends", I would say... They enjoy it,n whether it's sex, fun, talk... Every minute of the movie and of their relationship is great !

Yeah, I'm sick of all the glamorized-too-look-unglamorized Julia Roberts/Reese Witherspoon type stuff in movies.

Don't know what a young Judi Dench looked like, but imagine it was like this.

Where's your crew?
On the 3rd planet.
There IS no 3rd planet!
Don't you think I know that?
